He Hears Me was my 1st release. 20 songs, 7 original. These songs are very personal and chosen for the significance they had in my childhood, growing up in church in the 70’s . The hymns are reworked and reharmonised in a jazz style, the 70’s pop gospel uniquely arranged and my original worship music. There’s a touch of my love for black gospel in there too. This album is spiritual and inspirational . It celebrates and speaks of my Jesus based faith and relationship, the foundation of my life, sans the organised religion. What You Are was recorded in 2002 in the inner western suburbs of Sydney Australia where I was gigging with my rockin’ 4 piece band for a few years.
